Scheduling.   Call or text (808) 375-3879.  Appointments scheduled a minimum of one day ahead of time are preferred.  Please call as early as possible if seeking a "same-day" appointment.

Turtle Bay Resort.  If staying at Turtle Bay Resort, request "Maria Nicoll" when scheduling your massage through Turtle Bay's Nalu Spa.  Turtle Bay's menu, pricing and policies prevail.  Go to www.turtlebayresort.com/oahu_spa/ or dial (808) 447-6868.  NOTE:  Turtle Bay Resort and Nalu Spa are currently closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Scheduled reopening date is July 1, 2021.  I look forward to seeing you there when we reopen.

Cancelation, "No Show" & "Late Arrival" Policy.  While unforeseen events are understandable and occur in everyone's life, the courtesy of at least four hours advance notice is requested for cancelations.  Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and have not called to cancel are responsible for payment of the scheduled massage.  If late for an appointment, the length of the massage may be reduced in order to stay on schedule.
